This 10-day diet basic food is yogurt. If you follow all the recommendations you will be able to lose from 2.5 up to 4 kg of fat (you can lose even more weight in general).
You should have about half a kilo of yogurt a day. You need to divide this amount into for parts (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner). It is also important here to have 2/3 of the general amount of the day ration for breakfast and lunch. You should have the last meal not later than 2-3 hours before sleep.
Before you have your meal drink a cup of tea without sugar. It will be better if it is green tea. It is also desirable to drink as much water during the dieting period as it is possible. The juices that clear the body of chemical waste and toxins are also recommended. It is possible to drink all the juices apart from grape juice and also those where sugar is added.

Afternoon: vegetable salad with yogurt dressing (to make it add some mustard and salt to the yogurt and mix together).
Dinner: yogurt, 100 ml of juice, cabbage, stewed with onions, carrots and tomatoes.
After finishing Yogurt diet add gradually new foods to your ration, trying to have not more than 1500 kilocalories a day.
