The advantages of Vitamin and protein diet are:
- it is easy to keep it and it doesn’t cause the feeling of hunger,
- it brings no harm to your health,
- with the help of it you lose 5-7 kg for 10 days of keeping to this diet.
While keeping to this diet you should only have protein or vitamin foods. You should except fats and carbohydrates from your dietary intake, there is a ban for sauces, seasonings, ketchups, mayonnaises, dressings, etc. you can have salt but not too much. You should eat protein foods and vitamin foods separately during different meals. As it is generally known eating such foods separately contributes a lot to losing weight.
You should drink mineral water or purified water (preferably warm), tea without sugar and herbal potions. The amount of these liquids is not restricted. As for the other drinks (lemonade, juices, beer, alcohol, etc) you should except them fully. You should eat 6 times a day, every 2.5 hours. Thanks to the fact that there are no long time periods between your meals, you don’t have any feeling of hunger.
Here is what the diet looks like in practice:
8.00 – two boiled eggs (protein component);
10.30 – one grapefruit (vitamin component);
13.00 – 200 g of boiled lean meat (protein component);
15.30 – two apples (vitamin component);
18.00 – 200 g of boiled fish (protein component);
20.30 – one big orange (vitamin component).
As proteins components (alongside with eggs, meat and fish) you can also use:
Fat-free white cheese, sheep cheese (and other kinds of low-fat curd cheese)
As vitamin components you can have not just fruit but also row or boiled vegetables (not seasoned), as:
Don’t eat sweet fruit as:
Persimmons (there are too many carbohydrates in them)
On the same reason you shouldn’t have any potatoes.
If you need to lose more than 5-7 kilos, you can do this way:
After you finish the diet make a pause for one or two weeks and then repeat your diet again.
