Pros of Grapefruit diet

Boiled or baked fish, vegetable salad with lemon dressing (it is possible to add one teaspoon of olive oil), one bread crisp, tea with a teaspoon with honey.
1 grapefruit or grapefruit juice, 2 table spoons of muesli with low-fat yogurt or kefir, tea or coffee.
1 grapefruit, vegetarian soup with a bread crisp, coffee or tea.
Boiled or baked poultry, 2 tomatoes, tea with honey.
One half of a grapefruit before sleep.
A grapefruit, 1 boiled egg, tea with lemon and coffee.
1 grapefruit, some vegetable salad, coffee or tea.
Vegetable ragout, tea or coffee with lemon and a spoon with honey.
A half of grapefruit or some grapefruit juice before sleep.
Grapefruit salad with banana and apple, tea or coffee.
Vegetable salad with lemon and olive oil dressing, tea or coffee.
Baked meat or fish, tomato juice.
Half of the grapefruit before sleep.
Days 6 and 7:
Eat as on any Grapefruit diet day on your choice.
