When buying bananas and other fruits like make sure there are no dark spots. Never store bananas in the refrigerator because they turn black at low temperatures.

Bananas, orange and strawberry salad

Slice 3 bananas, 3 oranges and 200 grams of strawberries. Mix in a salad bowl with the juice of 2 oranges. Sprinkle with nuts. Possible without the strawberries!

Banana fritters

Mix two scoops of ice cream, 2 bananas, a little honey and 2 tablespoons of yogurt and blender it. Add ice cold milk and blender until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses and add ice.

Popular Banana dessert – Banana muffins with walnuts

Sift 350g flour 1 ½ tsp baking powder. Add 100g of sugar and ¼ tsp of salt. Melt 115 gr butter and whip with 2 eggs and 300ml of milk. Add 2 mashed bananas, 80g melted white chocolate and 40 g of walnuts. Put it into cupcake tins and bake at 200 C for 20 minutes TECH.

Best Banana dessert – Cakes with chocolate and bananas

Take a small sheet of puff pastry. Spread a thick layer of peanut butter, cover with slices of banana and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in hot oven until ready for 15 – 20 min.
