Bananas, orange and strawberry salad
Slice 3 bananas, 3 oranges and 200 grams of strawberries. Mix in a salad bowl with the juice of 2 oranges. Sprinkle with nuts. Possible without the strawberries!
Mash 2 or 3 soft bananas, add 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of yogurt (yogurt), ½ teaspoon of hydrated soda, sugar and salt. Pour the flour enough to make stiff dough. Fry on medium heat with pan. Serve with banana sauce: mash banana with cream, add liquid honey or thick banana syrup.
Banana apple pie

Cut 4 large unpeeled bananas in half lengthwise. Cover them with a mixture of nuts and dried apricots halves. Sprinkle with honey and cinnamon. Wrap in foil. Bake for 20 minutes at 190 g S/375 F / Gas Mark 5. Unwrap and serve with sour cream.
Mash 55g of butter and 140g of sugar together. Slowly add 2 eggs and 225g of sifted flour, a pinch of salt and 2 bananas mashed with a fork. Put the mixture into a deep pan and bake at 190 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes until golden brown.

Popular Banana dessert – Banana muffins with walnuts
Sift 350g flour 1 ½ tsp baking powder. Add 100g of sugar and ¼ tsp of salt. Melt 115 gr butter and whip with 2 eggs and 300ml of milk. Add 2 mashed bananas, 80g melted white chocolate and 40 g of walnuts. Put it into cupcake tins and bake at 200 C for 20 minutes TECH.
Best Banana dessert – Cakes with chocolate and bananas
Take a small sheet of puff pastry. Spread a thick layer of peanut butter, cover with slices of banana and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in hot oven until ready for 15 – 20 min.
